Get ‘Little Black Dress’ Ready by New Years Eve

December 26th, 2011 by Ingrid Macher

New Years eve is in less than a week and I bet a lot of you are going to parties, events or even just a friends house. There is nothing better than walking into the party with your New Years eve little black dress and being able to feel ubber confident.

Well, since there is only seven days until the big event, you may be thinking that any weight loss is out of the question.

It’s not! It isn’t too late to feel and look amazing. I have some secrets that will have you looking pounds lighter in only a matter of a few days.

Every time I have a photo shoot or a big event coming up, I have the same routine that I do in order for me to look and feel my best. And I wasn’t starving myself! That’s the best part of this 7 day plan to get you ready in a short amount of time.

Breakfast-

I have six egg whites with a ton of veggies. I add peppers, asparagus, onions, mushrooms, spinach, any vegetable that I think would taste good with eggs. Add a tiny pinch of sea salt and pepper and you’ll have a breakfast that will start your day off right!

Lunch-

During lunch, I have a few more options. I switch it up everyday between 6 oz. of chicken, turkey, tuna, salmon, mahi mahi and halivut. I add the 6 oz. of whichever lean meat I want for the day to a huge bed of lettuce. Top it off with some shredded carrots, broccoli, tomatoes, onions, mushroom or any of your vaforite veggies. Throw on a pinch of sea salt, pepper and a little bit of white wine vinegar and you’ve got yourself a delicious salad.

Make sure that the lean meat is either grilled, broiled or baked, no fried food here!

Snack-

Because I don’t want to be too hungry before dinner (causes to over eat), I’ll have a snack between lunch and dinner. I’ll eat 20 raw, unsalted almonds; celery sticks with 2 tsp. of peanut butter; 3 slices of wedged watermelon; 10 unsalted cashews; or 3 large carrots.

Snacks are always important to have in order to keep your metabolism going and to not get overly hungry before dinner.

Dinner-

I love dinner, so I make sure I have something I’ll still enjoy. My favorite is 6 oz. swordfish grilled with a little lemon and garlic with a tiny bit of sea salt and pepper. And I’ll have that with steamed kale. The great thing about kale is that you can have much as you want. So if you are feeling a little hungry, fill up on all the kale you want! Another choice I have is to eat 6 oz. chicken (prepared the same way) with grilled asparagus, grilled eggplant, or grilled zucchini and squash. Sometimes I’ll opt for a half pound of steamed shrimp or 6 oz. of halivut fish, both go great with any of the veggies from above.

A huge part of the trick is to eat dandelion tea every night before bed. This tea is often used as a directive and can quickly flush out your system. Also make sure you are drinking plenty of water. I always drink a lot of tea and water, but during this period, I make sure to drink at least 100 oz. of water throughout the day.

So if you have big plans coming up for new years, or anytime for that matter, give this 7 day meal plan a try and see how you can instantly look and feel thinner.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot to tell you. I never leave the house for an event without my bodysuit! I wear a certain kind that take 6 inches off your figure. If you want more information about these bodysuits, just email me and I’ll tell you more about the.
