My 2012 Resolutions

Good Morning Everybody and congratulations on bring in 2012!

Before I get into anything, I want to thank God for giving me another year to continue this work that I love- to help and encourage people about life and their health.

I’m so excited to start a new year with you and I thank you for allowing me to start a new year with you!

I hope you’re ready for the new year because I’ve been planning for your success all year long. I’ve been getting you prepared on what to do and not to do and it’s time to bring it into action. This is the year to take control!

My purpose is to prove to you that by make very small changes in your eating habits and adding some more physical activities to your daily life, that you can accomplish you weight loss goal and have extreme success.

But for right now, I want to go over with you my intentions for the new year and what I have in store for you all during this exciting time.

I would like to share my New Year Resolutions with you in order to better explain what I want to accomplish.

Resolution #1-

I have decided to chose five lucky people who are ready and willing to change their lives. These five people have given me their full commitment and promise that they will follow every piece of fitness advice I give them for the next few weeks. This is what they’re committing too:

  • Get rid of their old eating habits and replace them with the eating plan that I have designed for their specific body types and goals.
  • Get off the couch and learn how easy it is to add exercise to their everyday lives front heir homes, offices and even cars!
  • Help them understand why weight loss hasn’t worked for them in the past and how we can fix it together.
  • Help them be fit and healthy for, not this weekend and not for a few years, but for the rest of their lives.

I will track their progress on my website and facebook and they are going to tell you how their goals are coming along. They are going to have invigorating exercise programs, delicious meals to eat and they are going to be sharing it with you all along the way.

Resolution #2-

Spread the word to everyone that I will be putting out my eBook for all of you to dive into. This book has all the secrets that I found in order to lose the 50 pounds I was carrying around three years ago. I have been working very hard for the past six months carefully constructing this book so that you have a clear and concise vision of what we can do together to get you to the weight you want to be at for the rest of your life.

I am also finishing up my holistic nutrition school in 2012 and I’m excited to share all of my extensive knowledge with all of you. Not only am I training to bring you the best health and fitness tips around, I’m also learning to figure out where weight loss starts, how individual personalities react to different methods, and how to better the soul as well as the body.

Resolution #3-

I would like to start foundations within deprived communities to help women learn about health and how to take care of their bodies. I want to give women the resource they need to workout and get fit. I plan on setting them up with exercise equipment so they too can feel the joy of feeling healthy.

Well I certainly have more goals for myself, my company and my clients this year, but those are the ones on the top of my list. I’d love to hear about your goals so tell me about them on facebook or twitter!
