I don’t know how to start to describe the new me, because I feel like the old Ingrid has just disappeared. Feeling new, different, and beautiful again, is the most rewarding sensation I’ve ever had, but I think the most interesting part is to be able to recognize how much I’m learning in the process.
Summer time is here, and we all know there is so much going on, like BBQ’s, pool parties, and holidays are always excuses for eating and drinking. How to control those crazy days? You don’t have to avoid life, it’s very simple – just be smart. For example, if you are going to an event that involves lots of eating, have some healthy food before you leave the house. Drinking a lot of water through the day so you always feel full. Chewing-gum is your best friend to avoid cravings and always carry a healthy snack like an apple or some of those low-calorie snack-bars in your bag.
Avoid all the junk food, for example: If they have on the table some chicken wings, egg rolls and next to them there is a vegetable plate and fruit plate, you know what the answer is, right? Be smart at the time to pick the right choice and remember every time you make the right decision, you will feel great and you will look great!
You don’t have to sacrifice your social life in order to drop off those pounds and achieve your goal! So ENJOY YOUR SUMMER!!
