Resolutions Update

Resolutions, pt 2

Since it is the first week of the new resolutions, I wanted to keep you all updated on how mine are going.

First I want to thank all of you who have been following Burn20’s 90 Day Fitness Challenge. The challenge started January 2nd of this year and it couldn’t have gotten off to a better start! Things are certainly hectic, but a good hectic. The Burn20 team and the participants are very busy with the challenge, but they have tackled the tasks head on and are truly kicking butt! I am very proud of all five of them. It’s so cool because after only eight days, they can already see improvements in their bodies, I am very happy for them.

On another note, I’m not sure if I told you guys about this yet, but I gave up alcohol as one of the gifts to my body a few weeks ago. It’s been 47 days and I feel great. Now, I want you to know I have never been a heavy drinker, I only have the occasional glass of wine or so, but I really wanted to take my fitness to the next level and I know alcohol can prevent you from doing that, so I gave it up. And I coulnd’t be happier that I did. A lot of people think that alcohol is a key to some sort of happiness, but it’s not at all. I don’t even miss it.

I am also just about finished with the Burn20 info-product. It’s off to publication and I can’t wait until all of you can see it. I know it will change a lot of lives and I am very proud of that! This book has all the tips and secrets of how to lose weight with motivation. You don’t have to run on a treadmill all day, all you have to do is change minor details in your life and stay motivated and positive! I know because in this book is everything that worked for me to lose 50 pounds and keep it off!

This year my main goal is to just stay positive all the time. When you have a good outlook on life, good things happen to you and I truly believe that. Every morning I wake up with a smile on my face. God has continuously blessed me day after day, why wouldn’t I smile!? No matter what happens in life, I constantly remind myself that things are great and to stay positive and happy. I’m so excited to have all of the wonderful people in my life and I want that to show on my face and in my presence.

Remember, New Year’s Resolutions don’t last the first two weeks of the year, they last 12 months! Stick to them and be great!
