Burn20 Challenge Update

The Burn20 90 Day Challenge began January 2, 2012 as a kick start to the New Year.

With the help of Premier Health & Fitness, we selected five normal, everyday people who wanted to change their life and get fit. We showed them my exclusive weight loss program to see who could obtain their goal weight.

  • We showed them which foods to eat
  • How to exercise
  • Most importantly, gave them the motivation to succeed!

They got one on one training and coaching from me in order to break old bad habits and develop new healthy habits. Each one of these participants has had long time addictions to unhealthy foods.

Take Erika for example, she used to drink five coke’s a day. When we first met, she informed me that it was her way of hydrating her body. I knew right away that is a habit we had to kick- and fast!

Dree’s busy schedule kept her eating on the go most days, finding herself in a drive-thru. She was ordering what she has since learned is processed and toxic food.

Rene always skipped meals because of his acting career and long hours on the set. He would try to fuel energy with coffee, and then eat way too much at night when he got home.

And let’s check in on Oswaldo really fast, he no longer snacks all day. Being a hotel manager, he always got to eat and drink all he wanted for free at one of Miami’s most sought after hotels. Oswaldo used to be what is called “skinny fat”, which means just because you do cardio, does not mean you have muscle definition or toned muscles- lack of weight training prevented his weight loss.

Anyone could do this plan; it’s very easy and only takes 21 days to see changes, who wouldn’t want to take advantage of it? This is just an example of how very small changes in the way you think about food can help you succeed in losing weight in 21 days.

Congratulations to our 5 participants in the Burn20 90 Day Challenge, for taking the courageous decision to follow my plan for the first 21 days. Their commitment and their discipline reflects the amazing results in their pictures and weight loss – 50 pounds all together in 3 weeks, what a great achievement!

This is just the beginning!

I can’t wait for our next weigh-in, I’m sure the results will blow us all away.
