The Secret Sauce For Effective Fat Loss Is…

mindset

Let me tell you a quick story…

Over four years ago, before I began my weight loss journey, I was unhappy with my
body. I saw the pounds creeping up on me… and it was depressing… and sure, I wanted
to do something about it…

But losing weight still wasn’t my priority.

I was busy raising a family… and trying to get a business off the ground in a tanking economy…

So I never had the time or energy to dwell on how unhealthy I had become.

My mind was focused elsewhere…

Well, that all changed when we moved to Miami.

The weather is warm all year round… And you can’t even take a trip to the grocery store
without being surrounded by beautiful people who are proud to show off their bodies…

So if you’re overweight like I was, your self-esteem takes a cable-snapping elevator ride straight to the basement!

I felt horrible and knew I had to make a change…

And at first, I went through the same things that you probably tried…

The crash diets…

The latest exercise gimmicks…

I was spinning my wheels, but getting nowhere.

I’d start out motivated… but then I’d hit a wall, the old habits would kick in and I’d
end up back at square one.

Why?

Because I was missing the one ingredient that is absolutely crucial when it comes to losing
weight…

In fact, it’s the one thing you need to make ANY of your goals become reality…

The right mindset.

You see, today’s world is so hectic…

Between TV… cell phones… and email…

Facebook… Youtube… and Twitter…

Our brains are constantly being stimulated.

We are constantly being overloaded with so much information, it’s impossible to
process it all.

So we have to pick and choose what’s important to us… We need to decide what
we want to focus on… We’re the boss of our minds, so we need to tell it what to
think.

Because if we don’t, our subconscious mind just picks what it wants… And that’s a gamble
you can’t afford to take when you’re trying to change your body! That’s what allows the bad habits to creep back in.

Mindset… is everything.

When you have your heart set on achieving a goal, you better make sure your mind is
on board.

You have to make it your focus.

When you do that, your subconscious mind becomes your biggest weight loss ally…

It helps you stay on track… carries you through times of weakness… keeps you motivated…

You automatically start to make all the right choices… temptation fades away, and fat loss
becomes almost effortless.

So… how do you make this shift? How do you convince your subconscious mind to come on board?

Well, here are some tricks I used to make it happen…

Use a food journal. A food journal is a notebook you use to write down everything you eat and drink. When you do this, there’s no hiding from your bad decisions. It’s all out in the open. You’re held accountable for everything you put in your mouth.

It focuses your brain on healthy eating and allows you to build incredible momentum. After seeing a few days of perfect eating in your journal, you aren’t going to want to ruin it by eating
something unhealthy.

State your goals each morning. As soon as you wake up in the morning, your mind is rested and relaxed… It’s open to new thoughts. You need to take advantage of this! Don’t let the first thoughts it hears come from some soap opera or day time talk show. Sure, that stuff can be entertaining… but it does nothing to accomplish your goals.

Before you even get near a television, you need to state your goals for the day to yourself. Clear and out loud. Let your mind know what you want it to do.

I liked to do it in front of a mirror, so I can look myself in the eye and know I’m going to do everything I can to live up to my goals.

The Before And After Trick. This was one of my strongest weapons in achieving my goals. I found that the use of pictures is so powerful in motivating the mind. So what I did was… I took
a picture of myself while I was overweight. Clear pictures… from all angles…

And then I copied those pictures and put it all around me. On the cabinets… in my food journal… on my refrigerator… anywhere I would be tempted into making poor decisions.

The picture was a constant reminder of how much I needed to change… And by focusing on it,
I wouldn’t make any choices I’d later regret.

So there you have it… Three simple, quick and easy steps you can take every day to establish the right mindset.

Take consistent action… get that focus going… and allow momentum to take over for you!

In fact… let’s not wait…

Let’s get it going… right now!

What are your goals? What are you trying to accomplish with your body?

I want you to take a quick second right now and share them with the world…

Tell me your goals in the comments below!

You have nothing to fear… we’re all here for the same reason… to become sexier
and healthier…

And by sharing our dreams with each other… by getting it down in writing… making it clear…

It’s the first step towards making it reality.

So don’t be shy… Share! I promise, it makes such a difference!
