Watch the Fat Melt Off with Spin

Spinning to Fitness

One of the most amazing, fun and exciting workouts I’ve ever experienced in my life is Spinning. Spinning is a personalized workout, incredible calorie burner (did you know that you can burn between 300 and 600 calories during a 45 minutes spin class?) and personal challenge. It is tailored to suit a wide range of abilities and fitness goals. It’s an indoor class being performed in almost every single gym in the country.

There is a huge controversy about the benefits of the Spinning. In my experience I must say that if you’re looking for a fast weight loss program to incorporate fun and motivation to your routine, Spinning is the answer. Each time I try Spinning in a new gym, it’s different from the other places. During a Spinning class you’ll be able to perform hill climbs, sprints, and intervals to simulate riding a bike outdoors. An instructor leads the class through an intense routine that, usually, lasts 40 to 60 minutes, and you can adjust the intensity by altering the bike’s resistance. Add to this the music, the energy and enthusiasm of the other participants and the result will be that you’ll be having so much fun that you’ll become –like me- an addict to this routine.

The combination of spin classes with a good diet will bring you to a successful weight loss result with the additional benefit of improving your heart rate response, no wonder it’s considered among the best cardio workouts. Spinning will help you shape the lower body by toning the hamstrings and quadriceps.

Spinning can be a very intense workout so, listen to your body to prevent injuries. Be sure to get the appropriate Spinning shoes in order to avoid knee damage, and drink plenty of water to replace the fluids you lose as you sweat. Just remember that anything in excess might not be good for your health.

If you’re looking for a hot bikini season body now is the perfect time to consider Spinning classes as an addition to your workout routine. Enjoy it!
