People think I’m crazy, but this year I asked my husband for a boot camp for a birthday present. I want to invite all my friends to come workout with me at the beach!
Boot camp is a basic training program that recruits people to take the first step to better health. The benefit of improving your health is your body will change for the better. Classes consist of fast paced walking in the park or on the beach, to a light jog for cardio endurance, abs, coordination exercise, and strength training to “wake up” dormant muscles.
The “Drill Instructor” is “Larry”, and he will introduce you gradually to the result-oriented program. Class is 60-75 minutes. But if you live in Miami and are interested in this program, you can find information at AliBootcamp.com or Iamperfit.com.
