January 10th, 2012 by Ingrid Macher posted in: Diets, Healthy Eating, Weight Loss

Have you ever wondered why they call grapefruit, grapefruit? It’s a silly question but I always thought it was a strange name for it. I mean, it’s not in the grape family, it’s in the citrus family. This Oil has More Nutrients Than Fish Oil!

January 5th, 2012 by Ingrid Macher posted in: Healthy Eating, Motivation, Weight Loss

I’ve made it very clear in the past how much I love fish oil. It was the oil fish-type oil I was used to and took it religiously. That is, until I heard about the awesomeness of cod liver oil. Benefits of a sauna

Sweat it Out in a Sauna

Who doesn’t love a good skin detox? I know I do. I love to go into the sauna from time to time and just relax and let the heat sweat my toxins away.
