Who doesn’t love a good skin detox? I know I do. I love to go into the sauna from time to time and just relax and let the heat sweat my toxins away.

A sauna session truly makes me feel as though I’m cleaning out my pores. As your body heat rises, your pores begin to open up and allows all of the bacteria and germs flow from your body.
