Looking for something to rev up your weight loss? A few years ago, I was too.

When I lost most of the weight I wanted to lose, I had a hard time shedding those last couple of stubborn pounds. When I lived back in Las Vegas, I didn’t live the healthiest lifestyle. I was newly married and packing on the honeymoon weight. Laugh all you want, I’m not ashamed, it happens to the best of us. Anyway, I live next door to a super model. Was she really a super model? Well, I don’t know that for sure, but she definitely looked like one. She had one of the most beautiful bodies I’ve ever seen, it was hard enough for me to not stare at her, I couldn’t really blame my husband. Read the rest of this entry »

A few months back, I was in a spin class when my instructor, Sandra Basset, casually brought up Kangoo Jumps. As quickly as they were referenced, they were dropped. The name alone sparked my interest. I’m always looking for new ways to exercise so I don’t get bored and my body doesn’t plateau. Read the rest of this entry »
